Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide! Please note that international orders may incur customs fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • US: 7-10 business days
  • International: 12-24 business days

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on your location and order weight.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Orders & Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

Due to the nature of custom products (signed books, special editions, etc.), all sales are final. However, if your item has a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not shipped.

I received the wrong item—what should I do?

We’re sorry for the mix-up! Please email us at CustomerService@LydiaMichaelsBooks.com with your order number, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Products & Customizations

Are your books signed?

Yes, all books in the store are signed unless otherwise noted. Due to the volume of orders received, we cannot guarantee personalization.

Do you offer digital books?

Yes! The majority of our books are sold directly at competitive prices through our website site. eBooks published with Penguin Random House are not available via our website.

What if a book I want is out of stock?

Inventory is restocked weekly. If you are waiting for a specific item that is currently unavailable, please reach out to our customer service department, and we will direct you.  CustomerSupport@LydiaMichaelsBooks.com
